Any changes to the kitchen may require Fraser Health approval (floor plans).
Tuesday King's Banquet and Monday Community Dinners (hot meal programs) are inspected and have Food Permits.
Private groups using the kitchen for their own group meals (no caterer) are exempt but caterers or groups using the kitchen where there will be food for the public may require a temporary food permit.
Call your Health Officer if you have questions. Temporary Food Permit applications are available on line on Fraser Health Food website.
Today, coolers that were unlocked were checked and were at 4 C / 40 F or colder. Large King's Banquet cooler not checked today.
Triple sink has hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels in a dispenser - good. Poster is posted.
Commercial dishwasher has a final hot water sanitizing rinse of 180 F (gauge) and 160 F (measured inside of the machine) - good.
Some pest (insect) trap monitoring is in place.
Floors in the public washrooms have been replaced and are clean and in good condition.
***Clean under the pot sinks and triple sink areas on a routine basis.
