As such, the area is lacking a nearby hand washing station for food process. Corrective Action(s): Install a hand washing station at the front area for the purpose of coffee making. Alternatively, limit the coffee to sampling. Inform the district Environmental Health Officer once the decision is made. Correct by: March 25, 2021. Violation Score: 1

Routine inspection: - Front area: Coffee service (According to previous reports facility is limited to coffee sampling only). - Back area: Bakery and storage. - All coolers maintained at 4C or less. - All freezers maintained at -18C or less. - Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200 ppm bleach sanitizer available in 2 spray bottles. - NSF approved domestic dishwasher available. Ensure all utensils and equipment are sanitized with sanitizing cycle. - Equipment stored in sanitary condition. - No pest activities observed at the time. - Kombucha store at 4C being sold at the facility made from Hoochy Booch. Invoice available for review. - Informed operator Circle Square Donuts is an unapproved source currently. Did not locate any donuts from this company at the time. - Covid 19 safety plan posted at the wall. Maximum number of customer posted at front entrance. No sitting at the facility. *Due to service change at the front area from coffee sampling only to selling coffee and latte. A hand washing station must be installed at the front area. Single use cups only and no reusable cups allowed.
