Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # KKIM-CXMS9P of Nov-16-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: - Cold water not available by the bar handsink. - Righmost handsink by the hot kitchen had blocked access due to a large tray. Correction: - Right pedal for cold water is gone. Install the right foot pedal that initiates cold water. - Ensure the area in front of handsinks are cleared to allow eaiser access to handwashing stations. Date to be corrected by: Dec 1, 2023

All violations have been addressed and appropriate actions have been taken. - Handsink foot pedals have been replaced and they are fully operational (bar) - Cockroach control program in place with the professional pest control company. Weekly monitoring scheduled. - 2 freezers inside the parkade storage room checked - measured at -18C and 0C respectively. - Storage room sanitation satisfactory. Deep cleaning has been done and rodent traps are set up. - Leaks in the dishwashing sink has been repaired. Spray nozzle is replaced.
