- Inspection conducted to review renovations to the food service establishment: - Construction included renovations to customer seating area, removal of the ice cream service station, and upgrades to the customer service area (rear kitchen area unchanged). - Construction completed as per approved floor plans, in complians with food safety standards - Hand-washing basins are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels - Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius - Freezer temperatures are ≤-18o Celsius - Quaternary-ammonium food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at 400ppm concentration (Ecolab product) - Provided thermolabels for operator to self-confirm rinse temp of high-temp dishwasher - Facility appears clean and well-organized - No pest activity observed during inspection
