- Operator has now completed FOODSAFE Level 1. Because no other staff have FOODSAFE Level 1 (or equivalent), owner must be on-site during all operating hours. - Cleaning is much improved: - exhaust fan clear of dust - wall under condenser by walk-in cooler cleaned - metal shelving cleaned - trays and pans no longer have food debris - within prep cooler - Paper towel dispenser repaired - Hobart mixer no longer has paint on parts that directly contact food - Operator states that hamburgers are no longer being served
