Labeled sanitizer bottle noted at 100 ppm chlorine Downstairs refrigerator 4 C; freezer compartment - 10 C. Thermometers available Food prepared downstair is limited due to a lack of access to a handsink Staff advised dishes done in staff room domestic dishwasher, or manually ware washed in upstairs kitchen via 2 compartment sink method, as per posted washing/sanitizing instructions.
