Follow up inspection of White Rock Elk's Kitchen. Upright 2 door cooler in kitchen has been cleaned/repaired and the inside air temperature is now below 4 C / 40 F- good. Recommend an additional indicating thermometer for inside of this unit to verify temperatures. Report mailed to owner.
