Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two door prep cooler - air temperature is at 11 C. Food temperature is 10 C - 11 C. Temperatures of food in upper inserts was also at 10 - 11 C.
Corrective Action(s): Ham, cheese, and egg patties were discarded during inspection. This cooler cannot be used to store any potentially hazardous foods (meat, poultry, fish/seafood, dairy, cooked vegetables, etc.) unless it can keep them at 4 C / 40 F or colder. Store potentially hazardous and higher risk foods in alternate coolers at 4 C or colder. Keep daily temperature records for all fridges.

Observation: Manager advises that work was done to seal out pests. Traps today are empty. Door is open.

Corrective Action(s): Adjust, service, repair this cooler so that it can be used to store potentially hazardous foods. Air temperature is to be 4 C or colder. In the meantime, use other coolers that are colder to keep food at 4 C or colder.
