Observation: Fruit flies noted underneath the prep sink in barista bar after opening the cabinet doors. This is a recurring issue for this area of the premise.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize this area, ensure moisture accumulation is minimized. Consult with pest control company for more preventative measures and service for flies if presence presists.

Observation: Ceiling panels in the back room are not securely in place. Gaps and exposed spaces that can allow pest entry are noted in several areas:
> Corner directly above dishwasher.
> Panel directly above desk.
> Panels directly above dry storage shelves.
Corrective Action(s): Look out for any gaps or spaces between the ceiling panels, ensure any loose panels are securely in place to prevent pest entry into the premise from above.
