-Rodent bait has been removed from the dry storage room. -A new shelf has been purchased for food storage in walk-in cooler. Good. -Mop buckets are now stored in the staff washroom. - Door seals on the line cooler appear clean; however weekly cleaning recommended. -Quats sanitizer at the dispenser tested 200 ppm. -Dry storage shelves have been lined with vinyl covers, now easily cleanable and wipeable. -Great improvement noted in the general sanitation and organization of the premises.
