Observation: Rodent droppings were observed throughout the facility but primarily in the following areas:
1. Aisle 9
2. Bulk bin area
3. Bakery Department
4. Snack Bar
5. Receiving area
Corrective Action(s): - Contact your pest control company and discuss more effective approach to control pest issues.
- Regularly clean/remove the mouse droppings and monitor for any new activity.
- Seal any gaps/holes which are still present and may act as potential pest entry points.
- Keep the doors closed. Have screen doors in place, if needed.
- Store boxes/containers off the floor to facilitate regular cleaning and monitoring of new pest activity.

Follow up inspection conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CF7NR8).

Findings:
- Manager stated that the Pest Control Company conducts weekly checks.
- Mechanical traps were noted at a few problematic areas but majority of the areas lack traps.
- Minimal amount of rodent droppings in Aisle 7 & 8.
- Manager stated that a few holes/gaps have been sealed.
