Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No QUATs sanitizer pails are observed prepared on site during inspection. Staff prepared fresh sanitizer pails with wiping cloths during inspection which measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare QUATs sanitizer solution each morning and throughout the day to sanitize food contact surfaces and equipment. Monitor and verify sanitizer strength with available QUATs test strips on site.

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'
- Walk-in freezer at -19'C
- Under-counter cooler in deep drying area at 3'C
- Sandwich cooler in pizza station at 3'C (top and bottom)
- Ice cream freezer at front service at -19'C
- Beverage display cooler at front service at 4'C
- Warming unit measured at 70'C
- Temperature logs are maintained
- Probe thermometers available on site
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Chemical dishwasher measured at 100 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip. Chlorine test strips are available on site
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- Grease trap was last serviced on July 25, 2022
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- General food storage practices good during inspection
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Equipment and single-use disposable containers stored in a sanitary manner
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site during inspection
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms and hair nets
