Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back of House (BOH) handwashing station blocked by food and buckets (both in the sink and in front of the sink) at the time of inspection. Staff are unable to wash hands.
Corrective Action(s): Blocks removed. Ensure that handwashing station is always accessible and fully stocked at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff directed to wash hands. Staff member does not wash both hands or with liquid soap.
Corrective Action(s): Discussed proper handwashing with staff. Ensure that hands are always washed using liquid soap and warm water, then dried using paper towels

=muddler for lemons is made of porous wood (paint is peeling)
=BOH food containers are single use take out containers
Corrective Action(s): Replace the wooden muddler with a metal one. Remove all single use containers from kitchen food prep service. These containers are to be used only for take out purposes.

=BOH chest freezer (-22C) measured < -18 degrees C
=Curry hot holding (72C) measured > 60 degrees C
=3 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual dishwashing. Operator able to demonstrate manual warewashing method. 3rd compartment measured 100 ppm chlorine at the time of inspection.
=Bleach sanitizer solution at 100 ppm chlorine and available in spray bottles
=Dedicated prep sink available for food preparation
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
