Seafood department is inspected by CFIA. Inspection was conducted a week prior. Handwash station is stocked with liquid soap, paper towel, and running hot/cold water. All coolers are below 4C. All freezer units are below -18C. 3 compartment sink sanitizer is at 100ppm Chlorine. No signs of pest activity. UV fly traps are in place. Pest company is scheduled monthly. Processing room temperature is adequate. Overall, premises is sanitary.
