Note: no food preparation was being done at time of inspection
- All hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm chlorine to dish surface - 100 ppm chlorine residual detected after rinse cycle
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in several spray bottles
- All coolers were measured to be at or below 4C
- Freezer measured to be -21C
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition
- General sanitation satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
