Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Better organization is required in the back storage area (near the staff washroom).
- No signs of pest activity. The operator implements own pest control management system.
- Random audits conducted for food condition/expiration dates.
- Bulk bin dispensing area in clean condition. Operator stated the he will no longer provide bulk dispensing after all the existing products are done.
- Keep the back door closed.

Temperature control:
- All coolers at < or = 4C
- All freezers at < or = -18C

Meat Shop:
- Walk in cooler = 3C
- Two display coolers < or = 4C
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
