Ice machine is sanitary with dedicated hand scoop.
Temperature holding is adequate and in use with accurate thermometers and logs.

Recommendation: Replace ceiling tiles when maintenance is complete to prevent grease and dirt build up in open cavities.
Ensure all panels/light covers replaced are secure and does not prevent a falling hazard.

Note: The hot water dispensed at all sinks is too hot. 62C detected from the hot water facet at all sinks.
This can lead to scalding of hands of staff and patrons who use the facet when the water is too hot.
Action required: Turn down the maximum hot water temperature distributed in order to maintain the facet water to 49C and below to prevent injury.
