-Follow-up inspection to March 04, 2019. Facility has decided to no longer use a third party to prepare samosas. Facility is currently purchasing products from Minar samosa and Al-Shams for sale in the facility. Both facilities are based out of Ontario. -Conditions of the Public health Act Correction Order issued February 25, 2019 have been met. Public Health Act Correction Order has been rescinded. Ensure all foods sold in the facility are processed and from approved sources (from start to finished). -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
