Observation: Staff on duty (both of them) indicated they have no access to the janitorial room, which is where the mop sink is.
Corrective Action(s): As part of the agreement when approving the existing floor plan to have no mop sink inside facility, facility must have access to the building's janitorial sink at all times. Please discuss with building management, and if in case that's not an option a mop sink must now be installed.
