Observed and tested quats at ~200 ppm, but used in sink and surface labelled spray bottle. Do staff clearly understand what sanitizer to use and where/when? Issue at bookstore too. Corrective Action(s): Operator to create written sheet staff can follow with respect to which sanitizer to use and how to use and how to refill properly and how to test. Proper test strips to come to Rooted store and Bookstore. Violation Score: 5
