Follow-up inspection conducted:

-Foods in walk-in cooler/dry storage area stored in and covered with food grade containers at this time.
-Areas mentioned during the routine inspection cleaned. Floor behind the dishwashing area in good sanitary condition.
-Handwash stations adequately supplied and accessible for use.
-Ice scoop stored in a sanitized container.
-200ppm chlorine sanitizer available in a labelled spray bottle as well as in a bucket to hold wiping cloths. Good.
-Low temperature glasswasher at bar achieved the minimum level of chlorine sanitizer after final rinse.

NOTE: As this bar glasswasher is not in use for the season, ensure to have the chemicals primed and monitor the sanitize level prior to the next use.
NOTE: Ensure to have staff shoes/clothes at a designated area- not under food storage shelves as discussed at this time.
