Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. Coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezers measured at adequate temperature - products stored in frozen state. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strips. Filters for seafood water tanks are back washed regularly. Note: Ice machine requires cleaning. The ice is only used for displaying fish, not for human consumption.
