Follow up inspection for JPAK-AVCR43

Corrected violations:
1. Shelves for holding finished product now clean and sanitized; food-grade line paper used underneath to store food products
2. re-organization of the back storage area completed; all products are stored appropriately so that all hard to reach areas are now accessible for proper cleaning
3. removed most droppings and dead rodent. Ensure to keep the are at this level and ensure to monitor for pest activity regularly

Outstanding violations:
1. found small area in the corner with old droppings; ensure to clean and sanitize for monitor purposes
