Observation: Rodent droppings were observed in the dry storage area behind the dough flattener.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the rodent droppings and disinfect the area with 1 part bleach to 9 part water solution. Use proper PPE during cleaning. Also, discuss the issue with your pest control company to implement the control measures in the affected area.

Follow-up inspection conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CC52VQ)

Corrections have been made to the following violations:
- 200ppm bleach solution available as a sanitizer for food contact surfaces.
- All the food containers stored in the cooler and dry storage areas were covered.
- Scoops were stored outside the bins in a sanitary manner.
- All food products were stored 6" off the floor.
- Vents have been cleaned. No signs of grease or dirt build up observed.
- Rodent droppings in the sweet storage room has been cleaned. Mouse trap was placed along the wall.
- Lights in the second building are shatterproof and covered by individual shield covers.
- Both walk-in coolers have been cleaned.

Note: As discussed during inspection, sugar syrup spill in both walk-in coolers should be cleaned more frequently.
