Following observations are made during routine inspection: - All Handwashing sinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel - Prep cooler, walk-in cooler, drinks cooler are all measured at less than 4C - Walk-in freezer and upright storage freezer are functional and are measured -16C to -12C - Hot holding unit for gravy and rice is greater than 60C - Sanitizer solution available in buckets at 200ppm chlorine solution - Three compartment sink is available, third compartment is filled with sanitizer solution 200ppm chlorine - Food storage satisfactory - Use of gloves is satisfactory - No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection - Foodsafe certification verified - General sanitation satisfactory
