Follow up inspection conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CNFVJ3) Findings: - Temperature of walk in cooler verified and recorded at 2C - Mouse dropping in the back area has been removed. - All the containers were stored off ground to facilitate with regular cleaning. - No new droppings observed. Recommendations: - Continue monitoring for any new rodent activity in the facility. - Regularly clean the facility and corners/walls to prevent build up of food debris that could attract pest into the facility.
