Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): (1) Fridge next to the three compartment sink was at 8C as well as double class door cooler. One cooler adjusted other cooler was just stocked, both came down to 4C during inspection.
(2) Cooked sausages and cut tomatoes founds stored out at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): (1)Ensure all coolers maintain 4C or less at all times. Replace thermometer in cooler next to three compartment sink.
(2) Keep all perishable food in the cooler at 4C or less or on the grill at 60C or above, or only keep out an supply of food for two hours or less.

Observation: Significant number of flies found in premise. No open food found during inspection. Pest control company comes weekly.
Corrective Action(s): Fly population must be reduced inside facility. Fly strips were obtained during inspection. Recommend getting a UV fly trap with glue board (not electric fly zapper) to help catch flies at night.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Three chemical bottles found at three compartment sink, none of them were labelled.
