Ice machine has been cleaned Pressure gauge replaced on dishwasher and reading correctly. Quat dispenser repaired. Quat sanitizer tested at 200ppm Nitrile gloves on site. Latex gloves have been removed Monitoring logs updated to add dishwasher data. Exhaust canopy has been serviced.
