Comments

The violation ticket AH00922014 was intended to be delivered to Nasir Zubair, the general manager of the facility. The general manager refused to sign the report and the violation ticket. The dishwasher is still unable to produce at least 50ppm chlorine at plate's surface. Note that the health department requires Food Service Establishment to have either a commercial dishwasher and a 2 compartment sink OR a 3 compartment sink. The facility currently only has a 2 compartment sink. The general manager claimed that he never got the Correction Order which was delivered to the front desk staff on June 13th 2019. On June 20th 2019 which was the 4th follow up inspection, the front desk staff who had signed and received the Correction Order on June 13th 2019 said that he had passed on the Order to the staff working in the next shift. Nonetheless, the general manager had met with the health inspector over a month in regards to the dishwasher and has been made aware of the issue.
