Floor in the back are is all wet and backed up due to overflow Corrective Action(s): Manager is aware of the issue and service has been called in for tomorrow Meanwhile, fill large containers with ice and store it in freezers. Turn off the equipment and turn off the water supply. Mop and remove access water and maintain sanitary condition in the back area Violation Score: 3

- The pest activity in premises has reduced. - Reports from pest control company indicate no rodents were founds in traps - Few droppings observed in the far corner of the storage area. Droppings not observed in any food storage area (on shelves or boxes) - All food items are stored in pest proof containers - All gaps are sealed and back door gap is filled with concrete.
