-Guest area dairy/yogurt cooler was at 4C. -Kitchen cooler was at 4C. -Chest freezer was at -18C. -Upright freezers were both at -15C. -High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 80C (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitation). -Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Quats sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm. -Foods in the hot holding area are cooked as required and are changed approximately every 15 minutes. -General food storage practices good at the time of inspection.
