Routine inspection: Note: observed frozen containers (1lb) of spot prawns from Tri Star Seafood Supply Ltd 11751 Voyageur Way, Richmond BC. Operator states these spot prawns are from 2021 not from the in question May 20-21, 2022. Invoice produced. Lot # R08BPT on receipt also on frozen containers. Receipt dated June 25, 2021. No issues with this lot. Aisles and shelves clean and organized. Ice cream freezer at front a -20 degrees C. Walk in freezer with self serve doors at -12 degrees C. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C or less. Cooler at 4 degrees C. No evidence of pests at time of inspection.
