209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): > 200 PPM chlorine residual detected in all 3 sanitizer spray bottles - test papers bleached out.
Corrective Action(s): Supervisor knows how to obtain the correct concentration of bleach sanitizer solution. The 3 spray bottles were refilled during the inspection and 200 PPM chlorine residual was detected in each bottle.
Please remind all staff responsible for changing out the sanitizer bottle how to mix for the correct concentration.

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Mouse droppings noted in various areas around the facility - notably on the floor by the oven and stacked pizza pans and on the floor below the microwave.
Corrective Action(s): Clean, sweep and sanitize all areas noted with mouse droppings. As per Supervisor, an external pest control company comes in once a month for inspection/ placing traps. Continue to work with pest control company.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: 1. Debris noted on the cabinet below the front handwash station - beside the reach-in prep cooler.
2. Dried on debris noted on the two wall shelves above the 3 ordering monitors/ screens.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the abovementioned areas and maintain in a sanitary condition.

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: 1. Back prep area removed and replaced with a new staff washroom. No approved floor plan submitted.
2. Torn door gaskets noted in the 3-door front reach-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Operator is aware and as noted in the previous follow-up report that any renovations/ changes made must be approved by Fraser Health prior to making the changes.
Submit an updated floor plan of the facility.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
General storage hierarchy acceptable. Food stored protected.
2 drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
Supervisor has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent certificate.
Secondary off-site storage area inspected - no signs of pest activities noted in this room. Freezers were holding food at -18.0C or below.
