-Forward the last two pest control reports to Fraser Health. The walk-in cooler was < 4 C. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. No evidence of pests. Peracetic acid used as a sanitizer. Charcuterie boards are assembled at the table outside of the walk-in cooler. General sanitation was satisfactory.
