Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - Walk in cooler, prep cooler and stand up coolers recorded below 4C. - Temperature logs were maintained. - All handwash sinks had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200ppm QUATS recorded in spray bottle and sanitizing pail. - 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing. 200ppm QUATS observed in 3rd sink. - Excellent food storage and handling practices observed. - Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp Sept 14, 2028) - Permit posted at the front. - No signs of pest activity observed. - Mechanical traps were observed throughout the facility.
