-Most of the cleaning has been completed. Additional cleaning required today to remove grease from underneath the deep fryers. A bleach solution was available at the front and back of the restaurant. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. The hot water tank has been replaced since the last inspection, since it broke last week.
