- Coolers - walk-in cooler and prep cooler- are maintained at temperature less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer is measured at -15C
- Hot holding unit is measured at greater than 60C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 71C during final rinse at the dish surface
- Sanitizer solution in a bucket is measured at 200ppm chlorine residual.
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
