Routine Inspection
Hand washing sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels.
Coolers at 4 C or below.
***Note: the inserts of the cooler across the cooking equipment registered at 7-8 C. Operator stated cooler was left open during lunch rush. Ensure temperature drops to 4 C or below in the next hour.
Quats sanitizer spray bottle available in the front and registered at 200 ppm quats.
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle in back registered at 200 ppm chlorine.
Low temperature dishwasher registered at 100 ppm chlorine.

General sanitation can be improved. Consider increasing the frequency of nightly deep cleaning.
Walls and floors should not have a build up of grease or food debris.
Operator stated floors and walls are scheduled to be cleaned tonight.

Reminder, surfaces should be sanitized between different uses.
