- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Domestic coolers at < or = 4C
- Freezers (domestic, chests) at < or = -18C
- Three compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available in spray bottle. Ensure bleach sanitizer is available at three compartment sink when washing equipment (1/2 teaspoon unscented household bleach per 1L of water). Follow the procedure on the manual dishwashing sign.
- Food is covered and protected from contamination
- Temperature monitoring system is in place
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
- Premise is well lit
