COMMENTS
- Facility in EXCELLENT sanitary condition
- No evidence of pests
- Pest control program in place
- Handsinks adequately supplied - however soap pump must be installed as old soap pump does not fit new cartridges
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Sanitizer solution from dispensing unit at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT
- Two functional sink plugs available for use observed
- Proper thawing techniques
- First In First out and date stamping methods observed in use
- Hair restraints in use
- Light covers in place - new lights in facility
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
- Good hand washing practices observed
- All containers used to store lids/utensils/etc. in good sanitary condition
- FoodSafe Certified staff present during inspection

***NOTE: Foodsafety plan not being followed. Lack of time/date tracking during inspection. COBS is permitted to keep potentially hazardous food items out of coolers or hot holding units because strict time/date stamping is to be followed. This is a repeat violation at this location. Ensure staff are aware of this.
