Follow up inspection conducted: All cakes that were previously placed on hold are now in the cooler at 4 deg C or less. As discussed, Portofino Bakery (which products the cakes) must get health approval from their district EHO indicating that their cakes are shelf stable and can be kept at room temperature. Otherwise, any cakes with potential hazardous food ingredients in them from this bakery must be kept refrigerated.
