Comments

- Hand sink is equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- Plugs available at the 3 compartment sink for manual dishwashing. Ensure that 100-200ppm chlorine (1 teaspoon bleach per 1L wateR) is available for sanitizing step.
- Bleach available on site
- Temperatures of refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers)
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- Food storage is adequate (portioned and stored in smaller containers, stored off of floor)

NOTE:
- >200ppm chlorine residual detected in sanitizer. Excessive chlorine may cause chemical contamination of foods. Ensure to maintain the chlorine concentration in between 100-200ppm. Chlorine test strip may be purchased to monitor.
- Linings on the rack are peeling off. The owner is planning on replacing the linings or getting new trays for racks in the future.
