- Operator informed that they use 'poly' to plugs the sinks
2. QUAT sanitizer solution (SANICIDE) was too strong, >200ppm)

Follow up inspection to MTRG-AXKQET.
The following issues have been corrected on or before this inspection.
- Veg display coolers have been replaced to band new displays
- No food products were stored underneath sink in food processing area
- Sink plugs now available for filling up sinks - for manual warewashing
- Sanicide (QUAT sanitizer at 200-400 ppm)
- Accumulation of rodent droppings located on top shelf now removed
- Accumulation of rodent droppings located on empty shelving located upstairs now removed
- Weather stripping on one entry door in back still has gap larger than 1/4" -- ON ORDER
- Accumulation of mildew and spillage observed on walls of walk-in cooler and in back of display cases now removed
- Accumulation of food debris and spillage (vegetables, spices, lentils) underneath shelving, in corners of equipment and in hard to reach areas have been removed
- Fan covers in vegetable walk-in cooler have been cleaned
- All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
