Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Guard on meat slicer observed not being properly cleaned after use due to build up of product. Blade observed being maintained. Slicer was dismantled and was in the process of being cleaned at time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are trained on how to dismantle and thoroughly clean the slicer after use. Use scrub brushes to access hard to reach areas. Ensure flashlight is used to verify cleaning has been properly done by staff.
