Observation: Hand sink is not in good working order at time of inspection. Cook currently using one of the 3 comp sink for washing hands.
Corrective Action(s): Hand sink must be repaired immediately. Using one of the 3 comp sink is only for temporary measure.

Health permit valid (2020 expiry) and posted.
3 comp sink provided with liquid soap and paper
Upright cooler was at 1-2 deg C.
High temperature dishwasher reached 72 deg C at plate surface.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 400 ppm. Sanitizer was diluted to 200 ppm.
All equipment, floors, counter tops and inside cabinets were clean and free of grime.
Back storage area:
Freezers were below -18 deg C.
Fridge was at 4 deg C.
All food and food-related items were stored off the floor (on shelves).
No signs of pests noted at time of inspection.
Cook has valid Food Safe 1 certification (expires 2024).
Temperature log was available and up to date.
-Some dates were missing. Person covering for the cook must also write temperatures on the temp. log.
