Code 301 noted on Referral inspection # ALUI-BLFTQ4 of Feb-03-2020 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Floor drains had backed up January 31st and water pooled throughout the premises. Correction: Closure order issued. All equipment and surfaces must be disinfected. Restoration company was on site at time of inspection. Copy of lab test results report to be provided and re-oinspection to occur prior to re-opening.

Comments

Premises inspected after closure order issued in February. Premises has undergone renovations but has not changed any structures. All renovations have been upgrades of equipment and seating. All structural equipment remains in the same location; if any structural changes are done, you will need to send an updated floor plan. All previous signs of water intrusion have been removed. Premises has been fully sanitized by professional remediation company. Routine inspection conducted: -All newly installed coolers at 4 deg C or less -All newly installed freezers at -18 deg C or less -Foods in coolers and freezers are covered -All handwashing sinks have liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water -Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm QUATS -general sanitation excellent -No signs of pests COVID-19 Protocols -Premises to close off every alternate booth/seta -Hand sanitizer available at entrance -Self service beverage machine to have hand sanitizer and signage posted beside it (indicating that customers must wash/sanitize hands before use) **Closure order rescinded. Premises granted approval to re-open**
