This inspection done by an EHO student. Comments: Back Area: -Main walk-in freezer: -18 deg. C -Dairy walk-in cooler: 4 deg. C -Hand sink has hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. -Hi-temp dishwasher measured 76.2 deg. C at plate surface -Overall sanitation is satisfactory. -No signs of pest activity. -Product sink and janitor room equipped with Quats dispensers *Regularly check expiry dates of chemicals used Front Area: -All display coolers on floor area are < and/or = 4 deg. C -All display freezers on floor area are < and/or = -18 deg. C -Random check of infant formula indicate products are within expiry date. -Chemical products are separated from food products.
