Routine Inspection

- Hand washing stations in production area and Snack Shack fully supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
- Fridge in Snack Shack measured at or below 4 degree C. Freezer measured at or below -18 C. All other freezers in production area measured at or below -18 C.
- General sanitation is overall good. Floor is clean and maintained. No obvious sign of pest activity at this date. No house fly noted at this time.
- Cleaning and sanitizing procedure for bottling cider discussed. Food grade material used in food contact parts and items.
- Lighting observed adequate in production area.
- Sink and Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles in Snack Shack and Production area.
- Low temp Dish washer supplied with detergent, rinse aid and Chlorine 50 ppm detected in the final rinse water.

No concerns noted at this date.

Frozen pizza stored in freezers supplied from approved source.
