Not consistantly used. Corrective Action(s): Discard spray bottle. **Use and make sure to implement the following procedures for all food contact surface sanitizing: a) At the beginning of the day fill sanibuckets with chlorine (bleach) solution to ensure 100 ppm residual maintained; b) Replace chlorine solution every two hours or quicker depending on useage during operational period of day.
