Discussed the further action in the cooking of raw chicken with owner to ensure that safety of the ready to eat food product is met.

The following steps were implemented:
- recording/measuring internal temperature of the raw chicken patties before been served ( for one month )
- follow up with a district inspector on the findings ( since no other Chilliwack stores have /had a similar issue )
- re-calibrate the new equipment ( new frier )
- foster a food safety culture through training, posters, orientation
- ensure that all food handlers are aware of this new procedure and following the safety procedure ( taking internal temperature of the food, will require cleaning and sanitation of the probe thermometer, what is the internal temperature of the cooked and ready to eat burgers, etc )
